Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Service. By downloading, installing, or using our Service (website or app), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Safollo Bazar website and mobile application provided by Safollo Bazar. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
Safollo Bazar is a digital marketplace that connects local shopkeepers and entrepreneurs (“Merchants”) with customers. Safollo Bazar does not produce or sell any products directly; it provides a technology platform to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.
Key Services Include:
E-commerce Marketplace: Customers can purchase products from various categories offered by Merchants, including groceries, food, medicine, cosmetics, electronics, fashion products, and jewelry.
All products listed on Safollo Bazar are sold by independent third-party merchants. Safollo Bazar does not own or manufacture these products and is not responsible for their quality, safety, legality, or description accuracy. In case of a dispute between a customer and a merchant, Safollo Bazar may act as a mediator but bears no final liability.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Notify Safollo Bazar immediately of any unauthorized access. Safollo Bazar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability are managed solely by the Merchants. Safollo Bazar strives for accuracy but does not guarantee it. In case of pricing or listing errors, the Merchant reserves the right to cancel or modify an order.
Currently, Kiron Link operates primarily in Bangladesh, and all prices and transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Support for additional currencies and regions may be added in future updates.
Orders placed through the App are subject to Merchant approval. Payments are processed via third-party secure payment gateways. Safollo Bazar. is not responsible for any actions or errors of third-party payment processors. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on logistics or supplier delays.
Users agree not to engage in the following activities:
Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Harassing, threatening, or violating others’ rights.
Attempting to hack, bypass, or disrupt security systems.
Uploading malicious software (viruses, Trojan horses, etc.).
Providing false, misleading, or defamatory information.
Violating intellectual property or proprietary rights.
All content on the website and app (text, graphics, logos, software, etc.) is owned or licensed by Kiron Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission from Kiron Inc.
Before purchasing, please review the Return and Refund Policy available on our website and app. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Merchant’s refund policy and Quickpakhi’s procedures. Successfully refunded amounts will be credited to your Quickpakhi wallet, which can be used for future purchases but cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or other platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safollo Bazar and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Quickpakhi provides a platform only and makes no warranties regarding products sold by third-party merchants or uninterrupted access to the Service.

Kiron Inc. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or app. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws in your region. In case of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting info@quickpkahi.com before taking legal action.
